In order to have a successful event we need the help of the volunteers. Your time is very much appreciated and we want to thank you ahead of time for volunteering.

All volunteers will be entered in to win a door prize from our event vendors. One entry for every 4 hour shift. One door prize per person. In the event you win a second prize, you will have to choose one prize and another winner will be drawn.

VOLUNTEER 12 HOURS OR MORE: Shop early. The first 10 people to sign up for a minimum of 12 hours will earn 75% of their sold earnings!
You will also be entered in to win the event vendor door prizes for every 4 hours you volunteer.

VOLUNTEER 4-11 HOURS: Shop early

VOLUNTEERS WHO CONSIGN: Shop first and are entered in to win 100% of sold earnings. Must volunteer for a minimum of 4 hours.

Teenagers who are between the ages of 16-18 can volunteer also and will be given credit for school/civic hours. If interested please contact us via email and include your complete contact information, their name, age and school.

NOTE: Children under the age of 18 are only permitted to volunteer while a parent or legal guardian is on property. No children are allowed to accompany you while you are volunteering. Please make all the arrangements ahead of time for childcare.

TIPS FOR VOLUNTEERING

• Wear comfortable shoes, you will be on your feet for most of the shift.
• Do not bring a purse, no where to put away and you will not want to carry it around your whole shift.
• Sign in when you arrive and hand in your signed Volunteer Waiver of Liability form All volunteers must sign the waiver. Volunteers between the ages of 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• If you are planning on shopping the pre-sale, please bring a print out of your confirmed volunteer shift. This will be used as your pre-sale pass.
• You will be provided breaks as needed.
• When shift is over remember to sign out.

If for some reason you need to cancel your shift it is your responsibility to fill your position. If you need to do so please call Lisa at 407-490-2868 to let us know you can not make your shift and the name of the person filling in for you. If you are not able to find someone to fill your position we will do our best to help you. However if the shift is not filled you will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee (per shift). Should the cancellation fee be imposed, it will be deducted from your consignment earnings or you will be sent and invoice payable 7-days. If you fail to pay the fee you may forfeit any future volunteer and pre-sale opportunities for other events. We understand that emergencies happen and we will do our best to accommodate you.
