Please make sure that you follow all the guidelines below to make your sale with The Tidy Closet a great experience.

• All clothing must be clean, pressed and hung on hangers
• All clothing must be free of any tears, rips or stains
• All clothing must have a bar-coded tag safety pinned on to item (see tagging guidelines),(no straight pins or staples)
• All shoes or household items must have bar-coded tag attached
• The Tidy Closet is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged.
• Please make sure all battery operated items have working batteries in them (if you need batteries the dollar store is the perfect place to go)
• Please check the U.S. Consumer and Product Safety Commission to ensure a recalled item is not sold.
• Consignors are responsible for providing items that are in proper working order. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting any monies made on said item.
• You must pick up any items you have left over at the scheduled time.
• Items not picked up will be donated.
